We host an evening welcome reception on Monday, June 23, followed by two full days of conference and evening events on June 24 and 25. If flying to Tulsa, arrive on June 23 and depart June 26. Reserve accommodations for the evenings of June 23, 24, 25. Dress for comfort.

SkullSparks25 is dedicated to full-time college sports creative staff but we recognize the essential contributions of GAs, interns and students. In an effort to further the learning and networking opportunities for up-and-coming creatives, SkullSparks offers a number of scholarship slots.

Tulsa’s historic Mayo Hotel provides a unique welcome for college sports creatives from across the country. The Mayo’s famous Crystal Ballroom will serve as the main venue for SkullSparks25. Attendees will also enjoy memorable evening views over downtown Tulsa from the Penthouse Rooftop.

Downtown Tulsa and the surrounding metro area offer an abundance of hotel and Airbnb options. Properties downtown are within walking distance of the Mayo Hotel and our evening mixer locations but ride sharing options are easily available for those opting to stay beyond downtown.

Serving more than one million residents in the metro, Tulsa’s downtown boasts Art Deco skyscrapers, a lively entertainment scene and renowned sports venues including the BOK Center and ONEOK Field. Five D1 programs are within a two-hour drive of Tulsa.

Plan to arrive in Tulsa on June 23 and depart June 26. Tulsa offers direct flights between Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Orlando, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, St. Louis, Tampa and Washington D.C.

Tulsa’s airport is 12 minutes by car from downtown. Attendees can use ride sharing services including Uber and Lyft to their hotel. Proceed to the designated pick-up area on the curb immediately outside the arrivals hall.

The Mayo Hotel is located at 115 W 5th Street in downtown Tulsa. Those driving may utilize complimentary daytime valet parking at the Mayo. Approach on 5th Street and identify as a SkullSparks25 attendee. Multiple paid parking garages are also within walking distance of the Mayo.
